Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. We accept only exchanges and provide store credit on items (except reduced or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with the product received by you and is faulty or damaged please let us know via email. Any pictures attached would speed up the process. We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability.

If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money happily once the garment reaches us back. All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days through relevant payment mode.
